🌺 Each season reflects a unique phase of life – from awakening in spring, to flourishing in summer, letting go in autumn, and stillness in winter. These natural cycles are at the heart of my retreats and help you reconnect with yourself and your surroundings.
During the retreats of My Health Garden, I invite you to consciously pause and attune to these rhythms. You will discover how, just like nature, you can flourish, pause, release, and begin anew. Each retreat program is aligned with the energy of the season and invites you to use your body, breath, senses, and emotions as a compass for balance and well-being.
My aim is to organize one retreat per season, each with its own theme and atmosphere. The days are thoughtfully prepared and structured around:
- 🌿 Pilates & Yoga: move from your Powerhouse, gentle movements and meditation in harmony with the season
- 🌬️ Breathwork: awareness, relaxation, and vitality
- 🎨 Theme Workshops: creative, reflective, or playful – in harmony with the season
- 🍽️ Healthy Meals: prepared with love and care
- 🔥 Togetherness: connection, campfire moments, sharing without judgment
All activities are optional. There is no must! You set your own limits, pace, and define your own space.
I create a safe, warm atmosphere where everyone is welcome—whether you choose to relax and decompress, to socialize, to take time for introspection, or to simply enjoy. The locations are carefully chosen in an atmosphere of tranquility and connection with nature.
Retreats are prepaid and non-refundable. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the full amount will be refunded.
