Who am I ?

Hello, I'm Chiara! I am Italian, born and raised in Belgium, and I've been living in the Netherlands for almost 30 years. People often describe me as an enthusiastic and lively person, full of humor and with a positive outlook on life.

My adventure in the working world began at the age of 21, driven by my curiosity about other cultures and languages. During this journey of discovery, I was able to develop professionally, but sometimes this came at the expense of my health. After a few "wake-up calls," I decided it was time for a change. I quit smoking, reduced my coffee intake, and signed up for a gym.

The positive impact these changes had on my life inspired me to make a career switch. I completed a training course to become a Health Coach and a Classical Pilates instructor. Now I can share my passion for health and well-being with others.

With My Health Garden, my greatest wish is to guide as many people as possible on their journey towards a healthier, more vibrant, and happier life. Together, we will embark on this journey!

What does a Classical Pilates Instructor do?

As a Classical Pilates instructor, I specialize in teaching the traditional Pilates method developed by Joseph Pilates. This method focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and promoting overall body posture.
